HISTOGRAM FIGURE

Histogram figures (example) provide a summary view of data over the entire trace. The data can be displayed linearly or logarithmically, and panning and zooming in the x-axis are supported.

When zoomed in, the data outside of the zoom area is summarized in the grey "outlier" bars on either side of the figure.

When the figure is scaled logarithmically, the fraction of each bar corresponding to each event type is shown as a vertical rather than a horizontal slice, because the logarithmic scaling makes the horizontal slicing meaningless.

The Configure button allows direct control of axis ranges.
